This card reminds me that my seven Christmas trees are not up.
Yep, seven. Not counting mantel and tabletop trees.
Our tradition is to spend the day after Thanksgiving (now known everywhere except in our house as Black Friday) decorating our inside trees. This year, however, we were in Washington, D.C., for Thanksgiving at the home of my youngest daughter and my adorable two-year-old Smooshy.
Now Smooshy is not her real name, of course, and her mother would prefer that I not call her that, but she will forever be my first granddaghter with chubby cheeks that made me just want to "smoosh" her….hence the Smooshy handle. The little girl in the card below is pretty darn cute, but not as cute as my Smooshy!
The stamp set used here is Greeting Card Kids (Wood #119887; Clear #120633; Digital #123961) and it's not too late to order this sweet stamp set in time to get some holiday cards done. The rest of the images in the set are not Christmas, so this is a set you can continue to use all year round.
To order now, go to my online store. Don't hesitate to call or email me if you have any questions, or if you'd like me to place an order for you. I could probably use the break from decorating trees!
