When my daughters were little, they would have described today's sample card as "parkly." This became the word in our house used to describe anything shiny, glittery or sparkly.
Debbie Elliott, the creator of this card, may not know her card is "parkly," but she certainly knows how to use glitter in the center and on the edges of the raised flower element to great effect. I also love how Debbie used a mixture of flat, stamped images and die-cut, raised images. Of course she used a Big Shot for her die-cut pieces.
If you'd like to learn the basics of using a Big Shot die-cut machine, plan to come to my "ABCs of the Big Shot" class on Thursday, April 23rd. The registration deadline is approaching, so click the Buy Now button to sign up today.
